Designed around how Belizean schools already work.
Not a general-purpose gradebook with Belize added at the end. The levels, terms, subjects and report-card conventions are the ones your school uses now.
The levels your school actually uses
Infant 1 through Standard 6 for primary, Form 1 through Form 4 for secondary — with class names like Standard 5A and Form 2B, not "Grade 5, Section A".
Three terms, not two semesters
The academic year is organised as Term 1, Term 2 and Term 3, and each term keeps its own marks, averages and report card.
The subjects on your timetable
Mathematics, English Language, Social Studies, Science, Spanish and Physical Education are all there from the start, and schools can add their own.
Report cards that look like yours
Built to reproduce the card your school already sends home — its sections, its headings, its signature lines — rather than a template you have to adopt.

Final grades stay accountable.
A calculated average and an approved final grade are not the same thing, and Vision Belize keeps them distinct. When a teacher replaces a calculated grade, the change is recorded rather than absorbed.
Overrides are labelled
An overridden final grade is marked as overridden wherever it appears, including the review screen.
The reason stays attached
The teacher records why the grade was changed, and that note travels with the grade.
The calculation is kept
The originally calculated average remains visible alongside the approved grade.

Because grade levels, class names and subjects are configured per school, a primary school working in Standards and a secondary school working in Forms can each set Vision Belize up to match how they already run.
